Woven into everything we do is Community Development, one of the most important ways God has called us to show His love.  On each mission trip, we present the Gospel with fun and excitement, giving Pastors a resource to inspire their congregations.  We also use the game of soccer to unite mission teams with those we serve whether through a pick-up game or a full-blown soccer tournament.  Over the past decade, OBOV’s Community Development efforts have also included financial support that enables a pastor to celebrate his church’s anniversary or to provide food to hungry children in an orphanage. It has also included support for schools from Tanzania to Haiti where our local partners are committed to educating the next generation.  Community Development has also included microfinance and mentoring for a young, entrepreneur and his tilapia farm in central Haiti.
